Follow a lead from capture to follow-up
Pipxcel's tech stack page describes branded capture pages feeding a CRM with source tagging and automatic follow-up. The checks below are questions for your deployment, not additional feature promises.
In a demo, submit a test enquiry through your proposed page. Ask to see its source tag, assigned owner and next action. Repeat with the same test contact: how are duplicates handled, and can a team member correct an attribution mistake?
Agree what information you actually need to collect. Ask where consent and contact preferences are recorded, how an opt-out is handled, and which team members can export records. Keep sensitive identity documents and account credentials out of a casual demo.
Trace the MT5-to-Telegram message
The published signal path is an MT5 Expert Advisor event sent to a broadcaster, formatted for the channel and posted through the Telegram Bot API; trade-management updates follow the same route (signal workflow).
- MT5 event
- Broadcaster
- Channel template
- Telegram
Ask to test an initial message, a management update and a correction in a private test channel. Check the instrument label, timestamps, formatting and how readers distinguish a new message from an update. Ask who can pause posting and who approves template changes.
Telegram documents messaging limits and possible rate-limit errors (official Bots FAQ). Ask what happens during an outage or rejected request: who is alerted, whether retries can duplicate messages, and how a late update is labelled.
Reconcile records before discussing payouts
Pipxcel lists deposit and withdrawal tracking, lot-volume and rebate reconciliation, plus self-service dashboards for Sub-IBs (CRM and dashboard scope). Ask to walk through one anonymised record rather than relying on a dashboard total.
For each amount, identify the originating record, account attribution, reporting period and status. Ask how delayed data, corrected trades, disputed referrals and instrument-specific rates are handled. Agree who signs off a reconciliation and how an adjustment becomes visible to the partner.
Keep an activity total, an accrued rebate and an approved payout distinct in your operating checklist. Use the partner agreement and current framework when confirming commission eligibility; do not infer payment approval from a screen alone.
Before launch: agree the boundaries
The service description includes white-label branding, role-based master-IB, Sub-IB and admin views, and Pipxcel-managed hosting, monitoring and backups. Ask which modules will actually be enabled for your network.
- Access: test a Sub-IB login and confirm it cannot view another partner's records.
- Ownership: agree who controls the domain, bot, channel permissions and data exports.
- Recovery: request support hours, escalation contacts, backup-restoration expectations and offboarding arrangements in writing.
- Acceptance: document the test results, unresolved issues and the person authorised to approve launch.

Plain-English FAQ
Is this a trading platform or an operations layer?
The published scope covers CRM, messaging and partner administration. Ask separately about broker account access and trade execution; do not assume a CRM login provides them.
Does every enquiry automatically become a Telegram member?
Do not assume that connection. Pipxcel separately describes lead follow-up and a member-onboarding flow triggered on channel join (onboarding scope). Ask for a demonstration of the handoff.
What should I bring to a demo?
Bring your channel structure, team roles and a sample reporting question. Use test or anonymised records, and list the tasks that currently need manual checking.
Walk through your operating setup.
Ask Pipxcel to demonstrate the modules you need and agree the launch checks.
Request a workflow demoInformational marketing, not personal trading advice or a service-level commitment. Automation is not a promise of income or trading results. Confirm scope, fees, data handling and support in your agreement; do not use operational convenience as a reason to trade.
